Come Recommended will be launching a new service in January >>

GoodieRecruit, a division of Come Recommended, is a next-generation recruiting service specifically geared toward attracting and retaining Generation Y entry-level employees. Using Come Recommended’s database of candidates, GoodieRecruit organizes unique events with nonprofits local to and chosen by employer clients to evaluate candidates based on half-day work “experiences” completed on-site at the nonprofit’s location. The result is a narrowed-down selection for the client of two or three recommended candidates for each open position, accompanied by a complete portfolio about and rationale behind hiring each candidate.

As CR’s resident graphic designer, I was given the opportunity to work on all the startup materials for both online and print. While the Web site isn’t quite finished yet, my contributions (so far) include: the GoodieRecruit logo, navigation buttons and scrolling header images.

I’ve been working on quite a lot with GoodieRecruit these past few weeks. Be on the lookout for a GoodieRecruit brochure and post cards in the near future.
